Rez is a professional actor and improvisor with over a decade of experience performing and teaching improvised theatre. He specializes in San Francisco style longform in which full stories and plays are performed, with the only difference being that the actors have no scripts and are making up the dialog and story on the spot. It’s an intensely creative process, and the ephemeral nature of stories makes them even more magical.

Phasers on Stun
Phasers on Stun performs fully improvised episodes inspired by the hit science fiction series Star Trek. Shows tend to be about once a month in various locations around the bay area. After a few years of performing with Phasers on Stun as a guest, Rez joined the main cast on 2021.
RagTag Improv
RagTag Improv is a group of experienced improvisers and good friends who love to get together to put on shows for all kinds of audiences. The shows vary wildly from genre work to more tradition improv short-form comedy and even the occasional kids show.
The Iron Stage
In 2014 during the height of the Game of Thrones show, Rez formed a theatre troupe called The Iron Stage, which performs fully improvised stories in the style of Game of Thrones.

BATS improv is most highly acclaimed and longest-running improvised theatre company and school in San Francisco and all of Northern California. Rez is a featured guest of BATS improv and has been a coach in their school of improv for many years.
